This session is ideal for teachers from grades 4-9 looking for ways to make connections between industry (mining) and the environment. Participants will investigate the impact on local land (sediments and soils) and water systems through hands-on activities that can be replicated in the classroom. Explore the interactions and build awareness of environmental concerns in mining.
